
Sunny Hill Nursing Home
Maintains and repairs public facilities by performing a variety of duties at multiple locations within the County. These services include maintenance of all equipment and materials involved with heating, lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, public health, fire protection, safety systems, lifts, facade engineering and acoustics. Also, maintains grounds, private roadways, and right-of-way.
High School Diploma or equivalent. One year’s experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair or the trades. Valid Illinois Driver’s License and minimum insurance required by law. Must pass an In-Basket skills test during the interview process. Successful completion of physical/lift test, and Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) background check, respirator clearance test, Titer Test for Hep B & Varicella, and TB test required upon hire.
