Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LIBRARIAN in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DEPARTMENT of NAVSTA GREAT LAKES IL.
Duties
You will plan and oversee training and scheduling of all library staff using resources available through NAF personnel offices, Library and Navy specific learning management systems.
You will ensure equal treatment of all subordinates and implement EEO policies and communicates support of these policies to all staff members.
You will prepare staffing development plans and coordinate evaluations for library employees.
You will plan, justify, and execute library budget.
You will conduct surveys and apply studies and statistics to make decisions about library services and resources
Salary
$80,994-$105,289 annual
