- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish content for social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and marketing materials.
- Write engaging copy for ad campaigns, internal communications, and promotional collateral.
- Contribute ideas for news stories, articles, and brand storytelling that align with the organization’s messaging.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials across departments to support various business needs and goals.
- Manage paid media campaigns, including paid social and digital advertising, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Track, analyze, and interpret marketing metrics (web, social, email, etc.) to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategy.
- Research market trends, competitors, and best practices to inform marketing direction and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all communications.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality when working with sensitive or proprietary information
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content development, and campaign execution.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Experience with email marketing, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to develop creative ideas and bring them to life visually and verbally.
- Proficient in marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email systems, and social scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with content optimization best practices.
- Knowledge of branding, public engagement, and community outreach strategies.
