- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Public Administration, Safety Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications such as NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) or OSHA Fire Safety preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk management.
- Proven experience in fire safety management and administrative leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle crisis situations and make quick, informed decisions.
- Office setting with periodic site inspections and emergency response duties.
- May require working outside regular hours in emergency situations.
